Mission

Owner and Trainer, Matt Blaha is passionate about helping people develop a healthy lifestyle that works for them. After struggling with his own health and fluctuating weight he knows first hand the importance of consistency and balance both inside and outside of the gym.

“My mission as a fitness trainer is to help people achieve their goals as efficiently as possible while keeping their overall health and safety the top priority.“

Exercise and dietary extremes offer a quick fix but often lead to frustrating setbacks such as injury or illness. Organized consistency will lead to progress and ultimately provide maintainable results.

Nutrition is a very important part of being healthy yet it is often ignored for a variety of reasons. Lack of knowledge is the most common issue with lack of discipline a close second. No matter what your goals are the results will be dramatically affected by what you put into your body.

Goals are different for everybody, which is why generic diet plans and exercise regimens often fail. People commonly “go on a diet” to lose weight, which normally results in the weight returning once the diet is completed. If instead they “change their diet” the results can be permanent and far reaching. Instead of simply “going to the gym” your workouts should have both short and long term goals in mind.
